So...if you didn't read the comments from my previous post, it was indeed an April Fool's joke. I couldn't resist! He does not have two broken arms, although the part about puking was thoroughly true. He is better now.
It was hilarious to tease the two older kids too. As soon as they walked in from school, we showed them the picture and they were stunned and sorry for the little tyke. Mr. C had even already seen Dennis and his good arm just minutes before and still believed it. They thought it was a great joke though when we set them straight. Then I brought Dennis himself in to look at the picture and he stuttered..."What! But, but...but, but I.....How did I do that? I got two cast-es" (All while looking back and forth from his arm to the picture.) It was all too comical.
Anyway, thanks for enjoying my fun joke with me!

ReplyDeleteCan you imagine though? I can't imagine the puking. Did the cast get in the way? Did it get any on it? Great April fools though. I've never done well at that.
