Traveling Song

We had a filling Thanksgiving. Why is it that you wait all day to eat... all the while cooking, preparing, arranging, dicing, slicing, stirring and spreading, really working up an appetite...only to eat 4-5 mouthfuls and be stuffed to the rafters?!

It's frustrating. And it really doesn't make sense...

But I guess that makes for more leftovers and that's one of the best parts anyway.

So, Thanksgiving went well...I have some pictures of family and whatnot, but since I am busy editing away and answering emails trying to wrap this photo stuff up so I can get on with Christmas presents, wrapping, shopping, decorating and maybe, maybe some cleaning...I am only posting a small Dennis-inspired song for your enjoyment. We asked him to sing to Q on our drive home to keep him happy.

His song went a little something like this...

"Ol McNugget had a farm. E-I-E-I-O

And on his farm he had a Knucklehead.

And his name was (insert name of choice)."

This is where the song ended abruptly and Dennis laughed, said he had a great idea and restarted....

"Ol McKnucklehead had a farm. E-I-E-I-O.........."

He thought himself very clever. In fact he told me once that he is "so funny". I asked him how he knew and quick as a flash he replied with, "because I make everyone laugh all the time". He wore quite the self-satisfied smirk whilst telling me all about how hysterical he is.

We are all about humility over here.
