I'm so glad you checked out my recipe. Maybe I will blog more recipes. The recipe for Nuoc Cham is really sweet because I like mine sweet but others might like theirs more spicy or salty so that's why I encourage playing with the measurements to your own taste.
One of my favorite foods is Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio! (Thats pork, rice noodles, and egg rolls with fresh veggies and nuoc cham). I would love to send you the recipe. Maybe you could give me your email. I think that would be easiest.
