Camping Supplies Are Dreamy

I love camping supplies.  I love to wander down the camping aisle at the store and stare at all of the magical camping goodies, like enamelware, lanterns, canteens, mess kits, mini utensils, outdoor showers, tin plates, and gingham tablecloths.  I don't really know why.  I for sure love them more than the actual camping.  For our 15th Anniversary last month, my thoughtful husband who knows me so well (even if I am a little quirky), bought me a hobo knife and camping salt/pepper shaker.  I love hobo knives and have wanted one for awhile.  When I was a kid, we had some that went along with our mess kits and I pretty much think they're the coolest ever.  The salt/pepper shaker was a surprise.  It is pure awesomeness.  On our last camping trip, I had it in my pocket from cooking tinfoil dinners and some of our fellow campers mentioned they wished they had some salt for their prospective dinners.  Quick as a wink, I pulled my handy dandy salt/pepper combo out of my pocket and handed it over.  Needless to say, it was quite the hit.  And I felt very prepared indeed (except I forgot my hobo knife for dinner...grrr).
